OZE eGift Card

1. Redemption Conditions:

• eGift cards are redeemable in person only within the following service areas: Westchester County, NY; New York City, NY; and Fairfield County, CT.

• eGift cards are valid exclusively for in-home organizing services offered by our business.

• The gift card value can be applied toward the cost of services as outlined in our service packages.

• If the total project cost exceeds the gift card value, the gift recipient is responsible for paying the difference.

2. Suggested Service Values:

• $1,750: Ideal for decluttering sessions or small projects (e.g., linen closet, medicine cabinet, mudroom, or cleaning closet).

• $3,000: Suitable for medium-sized projects (e.g., small pantry or reach-in closet).

• $5,000+: Recommended for larger projects (e.g., walk-in closets, playrooms, kitchens, garages, or storage rooms).

Please note that the actual service cost may vary depending on the specific needs of the recipient and the scope of the project.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Redeemable for Cash:

eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Product and Add-Ons:
Should the recipient choose to purchase organizing products in addition to services, the gift card value may be applied, and any remaining balance is payable by the recipient.​

5. Redemption Process:

• To redeem, email us at hello@organizingengineers.com and provide the unique card code.

• Redemption is by appointment only and subject to team availability.

• Please note we typically book projects 4–6 weeks in advance, and during busy periods, wait times may be longer.

6. Liability:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the eGift card. Please treat your card information as you would cash.
